First Shift
- Start: 6:00 AM (as early as 5:00 AM when needed)
- End: Typically around 3:00 PM (or when work is complete)
Second Shift
- Start: 2:15 PM
- End: Typically around 11:00 PM (or when work is complete)
- Note: Second shift employees will train on first shift. Second shift schedule begins in June.
What You’ll Do
As part of our production team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment. Responsibilities include:
- Picking products using RF scanning equipment
- Verifying order accuracy, including quantity and quality
- Receiving and verifying incoming items from order fulfillment
- Printing and applying packing labels
- Safely packing boxes using air-fill to prevent damage
- Sealing packages using taping devices
- Processing inbound and outbound shipments efficiently

Minimum Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment strongly preferred.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
General computer skills.
Must be able to perform simple math calculations• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have the ability to learn multiple jobs in the facility if needed such as: Picking/Packing, Receiving, Stocking, etc.

M-Th 4p-2a (four 10 hour shifts with possible OT!)
$27/hr
Job Duties:
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Monitor machine safety
Set-up production machinery based on production schedule
Coordinate production materials with Material Handlers
Monitor product quality
Monitor tooling for maintenance and re-sharpening
Assist with employee training on production machinery
Run production after job functions are completed
Machine maintenance as assigned
Various duties as assigned
Report all activities to supervisor
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, HSED; or equivalent combination of education and experience, Technical diploma or certificate preferred
Experience with CNC and wood working equipment
Basic math skills
Basic reading and writing
Read measurement and gauge instruments
Basic computer skills
Maintain lift truck certification
Communicate with internal personnel, follow instructions, work independently
Demonstrate dependability, reliability, positive work attitude
Willing to work overtime
Physical Demand
Regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms Occasionally required to kneel and bend. Occasionally required to mount and dismount forklifts
Lift 15 to 60 pounds
Specific vision abilities: near vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision
Regularly works near moving mechanical parts and exposed to dust
Regularly required to work individually and/or as part of a team
Noise level requires hearing protection
